#14 of 30: Dar An’Ceri Quaren
Quaren is the male protagonist of my current (slowly progressing) novel-in-progress, The False Queen. He’s a sorcerer of unique standing, with deeply conflicted loyalties, and trapped in a desperate situation. You can get a peek of him in action here.
The sharp-eyed among you might realize this is based on the same reference photo as the previous picture of Lir, only without any attempt to actually make him look like the model. I used it more as a reference for angles and shapes and what not, and then altered as moved.
I’m pretty happy with this one, if only because I finally have some concrete picture in my head of what the dude looks like.
He kind of looks like that japanese cartoon we used to watch as kids… Robotech… remeber the guy with the purple hair we had a crush on?

Supposed to be new Robotech coming soon, but I haven’t checked on it lately.
